House Democrats Make Pre-emptive Strike, Announce ‘Investigation’ of Arizona Election Audit

House Democrats on July 14 announced that they will be “investigating” the ongoing audit of the 2020 election centered around Arizona’s Maricopa County, which Joe Biden “won” by about 10,000 votes.

From Margolis and Cox, Townhall Media

“In a letter addressed to the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the firm hired to conduct the audit, Democrats belittled the effort, attempted to discredit it, and pronounced that any questioning of the election results was a ‘big lie’ that’s already been debunked,” reports Townhall.com.

The letter, linked below, makes a number of largely baseless, obviously partisan charges against Cyber Ninja in a clear attempt to preemptively discredit whatever report they end up delivering. Toward the end of the letter, House Democrats demand a series of documents, including training materials given to those conducting the audit. It appears they want basically everything the company has ever recorded, which is likely an attempt to intimidate and inundate the company with information requests.

House Dems demand tons of info.

LINK to Complete Letter HERE.

The House Dems also want all communications with former President Donald J. Trump, his officials, and any campaign figures. The letter is signed by Carolyn Maloney and Jamie Raskin, the latter of which, ironically, objected to the certification of Trump’s presidential win in 2016.

“The real question is why now?” asks Townhall’s Bonchie. “This audit has been going on for a while. With a report nearing completion, the rush to try to preemptively tear it down before even seeing the first piece of evidence is too clever by half. It smacks of fear that something may actually have been found that would prove fraud occurred.”

Arizona GOP Lawmakers Strip Powers from Controversial Secretary of State Katie Hobbs

The Republican-controlled state Legislature in Arizona voted June 29 to revoke the Democratic secretary of state’s legal authority in election-related lawsuits, handing that power instead to Republican attorney general Mark Brnovich until Jan. 2, 2023.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D) 300x180 Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (at left) has denounced the independent 2020 election audit in Arizona,  spearheaded by the state’s Republican senate, which is questioning voter fraud and irregularities surrounding Maricopa County’s ballot tally. The audit applied to 2.1 million ballots in the county’s jurisdiction, where Joe Biden allegedly defeated former President Trump by around 10,000 votes, and contracted the services of the small cybersecurity company and first-time election auditor Cyber Ninjas to conduct it.

The measure, sent to Gov. Doug Ducey, was part of a series of proposals inserted into major budget legislation, including several actions that address election integrity. Included is an appropriation of $500,000 for a study of whether social media sites interfered in state elections by promoting Democrats while suppressing Republicans.

Katie Hobbs has since set her sights on grander things, and on June 2 declared her candidacy for governor.

Arizona Senate Threatens Subpoenas: Az. GOP Chairman Kelli Ward Offers Update on Maricopa County Election Audit

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the Maricopa County audit, including the legal battles, in the video below.  Chairwoman Ward outlines how the county board of supervisors has been discovered to have withheld material evidence from the audit despite a court order demanding compliance.

Officials in Maricopa County are refusing to comply with subpoenas from the state Senate that require them to turn over routers or router images to auditors reviewing the November 2020 election. There are certain to be more legal battles ahead as the auditors demand access to all the equipment, including the passwords the county is withholding. Stay tuned.

Trump endorses Stefanik’s bid to oust Cheney from GOP leadership

Former president Donald Trump on Wednesday endorsed Representative Elise Stefanik (R., N.Y.) to replace Representative Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) as chair of the House Republican Conference as party leadership has reportedly sought to oust the Wyoming congresswoman from her leadership role in recent days.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R.-NY)

“Liz Cheney is a warmongering fool who has no business in Republican Party Leadership,” Trump said in a statement on his website. “We want leaders who believe in the Make America Great Again movement, and prioritize the values of America First. Elise Stefanik is a far superior choice, and she has my COMPLETE and TOTAL Endorsement for GOP Conference Chair. Elise is a tough and smart communicator!”

Stefanik thanked Trump for his support in a tweet on Wednesday, adding, “We are unified and focused on FIRING PELOSI & WINNING in 2022!”

National Review reports that Stefanik has also received support from the top two Republicans in the House for her bid to replace Cheney, a longtime critic of Trump and other conservatives. A spokeswoman for House GOP Whip Steve Scalise (R., La.) said Wednesday that the No. 2 Republican in the House “has pledged to support [Stefanik] for conference chair.”

“House Republicans need to be solely focused on taking back the House in 2022 and fighting against Speaker Pelosi and President Biden’s radical socialist agenda, and Elise Stefanik is strongly committed to doing that,” Scalise’s spokeswoman, Lauren Fine, said in a statement.

The renewed push to remove Cheney, the third-ranking GOP lawmaker in the House, from her leadership post comes after she told the New York Post last week that while she believes Republicans could take back the presidency in 2024, she thinks lawmakers who supported Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election results should be disqualified from running.

Cheney has drawn the ire of her Republican colleagues repeatedly since she voted in favor of Trump’s second impeachment but previously survived a secret ballot the House GOP conference conducted in February over whether to keep her in her post.  The conference voted 145–61 to keep Cheney in her leadership role at that time.

“This is about whether the Republican Party is going to perpetuate lies about the 2020 election and attempt to whitewash what happened on January 6,” Cheney spokesman Jeremy Adler said May 4. “Liz will not do that. That is the issue.”

(No, Jeremy, the issue is Liz Cheney’s leftist worldview and lack of veracity.)

Cheney, a daughter of Dick Cheney, who was George W. Bush’s vice president and before that a Wyoming congressman, seemed to have almost unlimited potential until this year. Her career began listing after she was among just 10 House Republicans to back Trump’s impeachment for inciting supporters to storm the Capitol on Jan. 6. The House GOP could hold a second vote to oust Cheney in the near future.

Turkeys rule in America

Turkey awaits ThanksgivingMore than eight months after “15 days to flatten the curve,” our so-called medical experts, politicos, and pundits are bidding us to avoid our family at all costs over the holidays, lest we die. This Thanksgiving week, family separation is the name of the game, with governors and local authorities implementing onerous restrictions to discourage people from leaving their homes.

“If you are planning to spend Thanksgiving with people outside your household, we urge you to reconsider,” wrote a group of governors in the pages of the Washington Post. These authors included little tyrants such as Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, whose lockdown orders arbitrarily outlawed the sale of gardening seeds while allowing patrons to purchase lottery tickets, Gov. Andy Beshear, who ordered that Kentucky police record church attendees’ license plate numbers at Easter services as “the only way we can ensure that your decision doesn’t kill someone else,” and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, whose family violated his own lockdown orders on more than one occasion to travel to their second home in Florida.

Meanwhile, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D as Dastardly) has canceled Thanksgiving plans with his 89-year-old mother and two of his daughters after facing backlash following his pleas for New Yorkers to limit their holiday plans and “stay away” from their loved ones. His mother should be happy that he’s not dumping her in a coronavirus-infected nursing home.

In Oregon, Gov. Kate Brown is getting her own share of backlash for saying people should call the police on other people who violate the state’s coronavirus restrictions on Thanksgiving.

“This is a travesty that’s happening in our state,” said Tootie Smith, chair of Clackamas County in reaction to Brown’s anti-gathering ordinance announced on Nov. 17. “How dare Governor Brown think she’s going to come out, she’s going to send police into people’s homes and arrest them and fine them for having a Thanksgiving meal with their family, while at (the) same time she lets rioters and looters destroy downtown in the city of Portland. That’s hypocrisy.”

“We don’t need to be treated as scond-rate slaves in our own homes,” she added.

Brown’s restrictions forbid gatherings of more than six people inside one home. Violators could face fines of up to $1,250 and possible jail time, according to the Daily Wire.

Georgia Recount Reveals 2,600 Uncounted Ballots In Pro-Trump County

A recount of ballots in Georgia’s presidential race revealed more than 2,600 ballots in Floyd County that were never entered into the final tally, The Daily Wire reports.

Floyd County Republican Party Chairman Luke Martin says the ballots, once counted, will likely give President Trump a roughly 800-vote bite into Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s roughly 14,000-vote lead, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Trump is currently leading Biden in Floyd County by a nearly 43% margin of difference.

The recovered votes may also help out GOP Sen. David Perdue, who is roughly 14,000 votes away from securing 50% of the vote in his bid for reelection and avoiding a runoff against Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office said the votes were missed because election workers failed to upload a memory card containing the votes into a ballot counting machine. The Floyd County discrepancy does not appear to be a widespread issue, the office of the secretary of state said.

Gabriel Sterling, the state’s voting system manager called it “an amazing blunder” and said the county’s elections director should resign.

“It’s not an equipment issue. It’s a person not executing their job properly,” Sterling told the Journal-Constitution. This is the kind of situation that requires a change at the top of their management side.”

Three Wrong Counts In Three Minutes’: Georgia Recount Auditor Says Things Aren’t Adding Up

A Republican National Committee monitor in the Georgia recount efforts came forward claiming he witnessed a counted wrongly calling out votes. According to the monitor, the counter called votes that should have gone to President Donald Trump and claimed they were for former Vice President Joe Biden, reports Townhall.com.

“So, second person was supposed to be checking it, right. So, three times in three minutes she called out Biden. The second auditor caught it and she said, ‘No. This is Trump.’ Now, that’s just while I’m standing there,” Hale Soucie, the monitor explained. “So, does the second checker catch it every time? But this lady, three times in three minutes, from 2:09 to 2:12, she got three wrong.”

Soucie said he left the original table he was where they were recounting ballots for Cobb County. He claimed he left the table because the second person wasn’t looking at the vote, but was automatically assuming that the first counter was correct.

According to the insider, table 17, where they were counting votes for Cobb County, was where the woman called the wrong votes. Table 18, which was also counting votes for Cobb County, is where Soucie said he witnessed the second person not looking at the ballots.

Liberals say let’s vote for ‘normalcy’, elect Biden; we say that would end the American dream

By Bruce Scott

Most of us have liberal friends and relatives who are voting for Joe Biden, not because they think he’s a wonderful choice, but because they hate Donald J. Trump. Maybe they think Trump’s rudeness outweighs all his accomplishments? Could it be they don’t know that Biden was the most corrupt vice president in history? That Joe Biden has a “For Sale” sign hung around his neck? After all, social media is suppressing stories about the Bidens’ international influence-buying scheme, as revealed on Hunter Biden’s laptop, and the mainstream media is working overtime to protect the Bidens.

Maybe your Democrat friends and relations just don’t have the same concerns you do. Maybe they view the world differently.

Social media giants are kicking conservatives off Facebook and Twitter, and slashing advertising for conservative news sites? Most liberals don’t know what you’re complaining about; nobody is cracking down on them or their opinions. But if they know about the censorship, they are in favor of it. They have no problem restricting your right to speak your mind. Your opinions are offensive — and the First Amendment you keep citing doesn’t apply to yelling “fire” in a crowded theater or saying things that offend them, or offend anyone else, either.

Democrats want to rewrite the Second Amendment? No problem. Joe Biden is planning to redefine the “right” to bear arms. According to his campaign website, he wants to ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.” He also wants to charge people who own AR-15s a retroactive fee of $200 per weapon.

no guns allowed “A tax of $200 on 18 million AR-15s means that gun owners could potentially be required to a pay a collective $3.6 billion in taxes, if this policy were enacted into legislation,” according to Breitbart News, one of the sites your Democrat compatriots believe should be banned.

Few liberals own guns, and the ones that do keep them safely locked up where no one will be tempted to use them. If they have an emergency or need help, they plan on calling 911 for the police they are planning to defund.

Tear down the border wall and open the country up to caravans of undocumented people? That’s a great idea, your liberal friends say. We should be more welcoming as a nation. We’ve been stealing other countries’ resources to enrich America, and we should make every effort to pay them back. Free healthcare for illegals — excuse me, undocumented workers? Another great idea; healthcare is a human right, like housing, food, education, clothing, etc. Who’s going to pay for it? Why, you will, of course, through higher taxes, or maybe the federal government will just print more money.

President Trump is working to keep illegal aliens, particularly criminal aliens, on the southern side of the border. As of Oct. 14, he has built more than 340 miles of wall at the United States-Mexico border. U.S. Customs and Border Protection continues to arrest smugglers, convicted sex offenders and other criminals attempting to cross into the United States.

caution border crossers

Give preferential treatment to minorities and illegal aliens over white men and native-born citizens? Your liberal friends and relations think this is another good idea. California, which often serves as the progressive model for the rest of the nation, is attempting to overturn Proposition 209, approved by voters in 1996, which abolished affirmative action. Instead, California’s Democratic triumvirate — Dems control the governorship, House and Senate — want to pass Proposition 16, which would allow the state to discriminate in favor of minorities. It’s on the state ballot this November.

According to the Los Angeles Times, passage of Prop. 16 would allow public universities, including the University of California and California State systems, to consider race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin to address diversity in admissions and other programs. Both state and local governments would be allowed to consider those same factors when hiring government employees and awarding government contracts. Conservatives look at this as “reverse discrimination,” liberals as a way to overcome “systemic racism” and achieve “equality” by institutionalizing new forms of discrimination.

women in prison Speaking of discrimination, vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris, as a district attorney and attorney general, cracked down on poor people and addicts, while turning a blind eye to police and prosecutorial corruption. Biden is one of the key architects of the failed, immoral War on Drugs, and shares responsibility for locking up tens of thousands of people, mostly minority members, on minor drug offenses. Donald Trump, on the other hand, is the architect of a successful, bipartisan criminal justice-reform bill that freed thousands of those individuals.

Federally funded, unrestricted abortion on demand, for any reason and at any time? Women’s rights are human rights, liberals say. When a counter-protester told one of the women marching against Amy Coney Barrett’s appointment to the Supreme Court that half of the aborted babies are female, she cogently replied, “I don’t give a f—.” Trump is one of the most pro-life presidents in history, another reason for liberals to hate him.

child labor safe-toys-from-china Trump wants to bring manufacturing back from China? The liberal position is this is a bad idea because it will increase global warming and hasten the end of the planet. (How Chinese manufacturing fails to contribute to climate change is never addressed.) In Trump’s first 30 months, before the pandemic, America added 314,000 manufacturing jobs. Your liberal relatives don’t need a job; they either have one that is considered “essential” (in government is best), or are retired.

Liberals believe in man-made climate change, which America is primarily responsible for, but do not believe in God — at least, not with a big “G.” Trump believes climate change is a scam, and God is real. Two more marks against him.

President Trump wants to replace a worn-out healthcare system, dubbed Obamacare, with a system that provides more choices and better service at less cost? The Democrats reply that he wants to abolish coverage of pre-existing conditions. This claim is a lie: Trump signed executive orders preserving coverage of pre-existing conditions. Your liberal relatives believe the lie. They watch CNN, the Big Three (CBS, ABC and NBC) and the Comedy channel. They listen to PBS on the radio, and look at “news” sites like the New York Times, Slate and Mother Jones. They never look at conservative news sites, which they consider fake. Self-affirmation is everything.

This Presidential race is a choice for freedom or Socialism? Your Democrat relatives and friends scoff at this idea. They don’t know, or care, that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have been endorsed by both the Revolutionary Communist Party USA and Social Democrats USA (socialists). Democratic Socialists of America members are actively campaigning for Biden.

Hunter Biden in nice suit The Chinese Communist Party has made it clear it supports Biden, the man whose son made millions of dollars from deals with companies that have CCP connections. Hunter Biden was offered $10 million a year by China’s largest energy company for “introductions alone,” according to emails on his laptop.

Your liberal friends proclaim that Donald J. Trump has been endorsed by the KKK and the Taliban — claims the Washington Post repeated. The truth is former KKK leader David Duke did endorse Trump, but the president repudiated the endorsement. Spokesmen for the Taliban denied endorsing Trump, even as Trump rejected their (fake) endorsement.

When they fill out their ballots, many of your liberal friends and relatives will vote against Trump because they hate his combative personality. They will vote for Biden, who is being portrayed by Big Tech and the media as a genial, harmless grandfather — maybe a bit addled, but affable. His running mate, Kamala Harris, is heralded as a moderate black woman. In truth, Joe Biden is an avaricious thin-skinned bully, while Harris is a hard-core leftist with the most liberal voting record in the Senate.

Your liberal colleagues and relations may say they’re just voting for “a return to normalcy” when they choose the Democrat ticket. “No more crazy tweets,” they say. “Nobody calling the fake media ‘the fake media’.” They’re willing to overlook the fact that Biden is a Chinese puppet and even more corrupt than Hillary Clinton.

They may also be voting for more handouts. As a low-income voter we know says, you have to vote for Democrats because that’s where the money comes from, the government and the Democrats.

Don’t worry if Biden and Harris win, your liberal friends and relatives will tell you. They’ll mail cookies to you in the re-education camp.

Postscript: How will your leftist friends/relatives react when Donald J. Trump wins re-election?

Vote ‘NO’ on Proposition 208

Proposition 208 is the wrong plan at the wrong time. It will have far-reaching negative impacts on our economy and cause further damage to small businesses as they continue to battle back from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Passing the largest tax increase in Arizona history at our most vulnerable time is the wrong strategy!

Worse, Proposition 208 is being bankrolled by out-of-state special interest groups that are attempting to raise our taxes to the TOP TEN HIGHEST in the country, while ignoring the devastating impacts that will have on our economy.

Some Key Facts About Prop. 208, “Invest in Education Act”

Proposition 208 increases the top individual state income tax rate from the current 4.5% to 8% — a 77.7% increase, vaulting Arizona into the top-10-highest income tax rates in the country. The tax increase dramatically undermines Arizona’s welcoming environment for small businesses, which pay their taxes on the individual portion of the tax code, not the corporate tax code. Fifty percent of taxpayers whose tax rates will be directly targeted are small business owners. (Source: Goldwater Institute.)

“If Proposition 208 passes, small businesses will pay a higher top tax rate than big business—even the Fortune 500—but you wouldn’t know that by watching the proponents’ ads,” No on Prop. 208 Chairman Jaime Molera said.  “The proponents’ ads fail to disclose that Proposition 208 won’t do anything to enhance teachers’ base pay. That’s because the initiative relies on the most volatile slice of tax revenues. No school district would base its budgets and teacher contracts on such an unpredictable source.”

The proposition would funnel millions of dollars into the educational system — yes, system, not classrooms. Tax money collected via Prop. 208 “would be placed in the student support and safety fund, to be used first to pay the administrative costs of implementing, administering and enforcing the measure…”

Whatever is leftover then would be divided by formula via grants to school districts, charter schools, the state education system, etc. “The grant monies could be used for a variety of purposes,” so don’t be surprised if your tax money is used to fund new curriculum in subjects you disagree with. (1619 Project, anyone?)

VOTE “NO” on Proposition 208.

AZ Sen. Debate: Counterfeit Kelly Has a History of Supporting Radicals

Mark Kelly claims to be an independent, but a closer look at his record shows he’s just another Democrat scam. Over more than a decade, Mark built a sophisticated political operation that funded and supported radical Democrat politicians.

Liberal logic from Kelly So while he pretends to be a moderate in Phoenix, he goes to Minneapolis and puts an arm around Rep. Ilhan Omar—the leader of the defund the police movement. Kelly’s Political Action Committee has spent more than $50 million supporting radicals, including Omar, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and Jerry Nadler—who led the charge to impeach the president and overturn the results of the 2016 election—to name a few.

James O’Keefe: Staff Campaigners for Mark Kelly’s US Senate Bid in Arizona Agree: Kelly Not Honest About Full Extent of Gun Control Agenda; “Always can’t trust politicians”

He happily endorsed Virginia Governor Ralph Northam—best known for his blackface scandal and his vocal support for a bill that would effectively legalize late-term abortion — even after birth.

Kelly’s embrace of the most radical elements of the Democrat Party proves he’s just another one of them, despite what Counterfeit Kelly would have you believe.
